FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions
What certifications do your products hold?

Our products comply with ISO 9001, ASTM, EN, and GB standards. Specific materials meet REACH, RoHS, and industry-specific certifications (e.g., for steel ladle linings).

Our 12-step QC process includes:

– Raw material XRF analysis.

– Semi-finished product density/porosity tests.

– Final inspection: appearance inspection, chemical index testing, cold crushing strength, thermal shock resistance (ISO 3187).

– Batch-wise sample archiving (retained for 5 years).

Our certified technicians offer global commissioning support. Training videos and multilingual manuals are included with all orders.

Our technical team offers free consultation services. Share your operational temperature, furnace type, chemical exposure, and mechanical stress requirements, and we’ll recommend optimized materials with supporting data sheets.

Can I visit your factory before ordering?

Of course, we warmly welcome your visit:

– Fully arranged visits (flights, hotels, local transport).

– Go deep into our factory and understand our real situation.

– Meet the production team and quality control experts.

Standard items: 1-3 business days. Custom shapes/formulations: 7-15 days. Complex engineering projects: Quote upon project review.

Standard products: 1 pallet (approx. 1-2 tons). Customized products: 1-ton minimum.  Monolithic Refractory: 50 kg/bags, 10 bags minimum. Emergency small orders additional shipping costs may apply.

Yes. We provide compatible anchoring systems, expansion joints, mortars, and specialized tools. Ask for our Refractory Installation Kit catalog.

Our products comply with ISO 9001, ASTM, EN, and GB standards. Specific materials meet REACH, RoHS, and industry-specific certifications (e.g., for steel ladle linings).

We provide free samples (up to 5kg) for lab testing. Freight charges may apply depending on location. Contact (email) with your requirements.

Yes. We engineer bespoke formulations, shapes, and installation designs tailored to your equipment specifications. Submit your blueprints or parameters for a feasibility analysis.

We provide a comprehensive range of refractory solutions including fire bricks, insulating bricks,  monolithic refractories,  ceramic fibers and custom-designed products for industries like steel, cement, glass, and non-ferrous metals.

How precise are your custom-shaped refractories?

Our CNC machining capabilities:

– Tolerance: ±0.5mm for critical dimensions (ISO 286-2)

– Complex geometries: Arch segments, burner blocks, throat assemblies

– Rapid prototyping: 3D-printed test units available in 72hrs

Our ceramic fiber boards (1260°C grade) have a thermal conductivity of 0.12 W/m·K at 600°C. Custom low-conductivity formulations are available for energy-intensive applications.

We offer acid-resistant castables, acid-resistant bricks, alkali-resistant bricks with zirconia additives, and chrome-free solutions for slag resistance. Request our corrosion resistance comparison chart.

Our product range covers applications from 800°C to 1800°C. High-purity alumina bricks withstand up to 1850°C, while insulating firebricks are optimized for 1260-1430°C environments.
